Elbow dislocation - Recovery

In November of last year I fell from a height, landing (mostly) on my outstretched right arm in an attempt to protect the brain bucket. I dislocated the elbow joint badly and also sustained a small fracture. Despite physio and strictly sticking to the prescribed exercises my elbow has not regained 100pc range of motion and I am currently too scared to perform Deadlift/Clean/Rows/Snatch etc which put a lot of stress on this joint. I have read of people tearing biceps doing deadlift with a perfectly functional joint so I am scared about mine being only 90% extension (I have pretty much all flexion back). Kettlebell stuff that I have done so far (mostly swings and some renegade rows) hurts the joint but is manageable. Has anyone else had experience with this injury or similar loss of motion in the elbow? Can anyone recommend a physio (or other specialist) in Tasmania who understands lifting? I talked to the last physio about it but he had no idea about what the lifts involved and despite my describing the motions to him still offered little help.
