Hi,
I have troubles deadlifting and squatting, i've had a go a few times and i just can't keep my back straight and always arch.
im really not flexible at all and never stretch so i can't even touch my toes, would stretching and becoming more flexible help me with my deadlifts and squats and overall exercising

I've had a look but can't find much on stretching or some sort of data base where i can learn all the stretches i need

any advice will be greatly appreciated

where do you live?, which suburb?

Try youtubing defrancos Agile 8 (theres also defrancos upper body version which is also quite good), and work on your hamstrings and calf flexibility if deadlifts and squats are core lifts in your program.
