What do you guys do to keep your energy, endurance, and strength up on meet day?

Not powerlifting but before footy I don't like to eat much. Makes me feel bloated and sluggish.

Yeah a game of footy is a completely different ballgame to waddling up to a pair of squat stands and doing 9 reps

I eat well straight after weight in but try to avoid anything too heavy once I'm into my warm-ups. Don't want to walk out, do up my belt, squat, and then puke on the front ref after lockout.

It also depends on the meet duration. Some I have gone in are all done in a couple of hours. Nationals last year was basically spread out over about 10hours so plenty of time for regular meals in between.
