Sore wrists from dips

canned tuna

Member
A couple of weeks ago my wrists started playing up - couldn't move them back and forth/rotate or even type without pain..
Mobility came back after a couple of days as pain subsided, however still get some pain when rotating the hands

Assumed this could be from military press grip / benching as my hands do flay back a bit, however I haven't experienced any soreness / pain doing these since.
The moment I descend on a dip station however I would feel it crunching around painfully

I've since put more focus into keeping the hands/wrists tight in a static position and the exercise itself isn't aggravating any more pain, however the discomfort is still there as mentioned before

Anyone had this before? Seen a physio - results?

I have the tiniest, thinnest wrists in the world and I'm fine. Cup of concrete maybe. . :p

Probably thicker wrists than mine Shrek; :D

Definitely agreed Silverback; .. I think it's easy to forget the poor little wrists when trying to push harder sometimes

Heavy bench and light dips today, no issues again with the movements. Will see how its going in a couple of weeks I suppose
