Missing a big one, that sneaks in with the ingredients rather than nutritional information...

Also, how did you work out your cost per serve? Only bulk quantities will get it under $1/serve.

Like I say, if you were comparing one bottle of each, it's over $1/serve. Could maybe compare 2 bottles so you get 60 serves of each I guess but that doesn't make sense when you already said this...

No3x is 30 servers for $33 and c4 is 60 serves for $50.


Edit - And on another note, how do nitrate levels compare to regular levels? My understanding is the body ingests nitrates easier/better so you have less for the same (or higher) effect. But how does the 500mg of BA Nitrate compare to 1000mg of regular BA? Are they equal or does one have a higher effect than the other?

Other than the cost, NO3x seems the winner here to me.... but if it's got higher absorbed quantities and the addition of AMP, then it can be a little more expensive per serve anyway.

White lie, all im stating is my personal views what is my favourite pre workout. Each to there own but I felt nothing with no3x, maybe I should add a little more then recommended

As again, I have nothing against BN I have just had both and feel like c4 does give me a better buzz, just different effects for different people.

I stand by my initial comments, though taking 1 scoop at 4pm meant I was struggling to sleep at midnight, so I might cut down a bit on it!
 
None right now. I'm pre workout free. 1 or 2 coffees per day is all and most of the times they are decaf.

Ive tried BN no3x and I was dissapointed on the ammount you got for price, I much prefer c4 as it makes me tingle and wakes me right up and I just dont get that with no3x which is also about $10 more expensive.

Ok after giving it a go for awhile now I retract my old review, I finished my c4 and started with the no3x and I find that I focus a lot better and lasts a lot longer then c4.

No3x > C4 in the long run.
 
Jungman, I think you will get a tolerance issue with all preworkouts because of the caffeine. Best to have a break every once in awhile
 
I'd say it's more a tolerance issue with the AMP that he's worried about. As it's so similar to DMAA, I would say you will build a tolerance reasonably quickly and you'll be upping the dosage consistently
 
Well, I certainly don't want to be 'that guy' who takes 3 scoops of PWO and washes it down with coffee as a morning ritual. I don't need to be that stimulated, just enough to get my CNS into the groove for training IF I feel the need to. There are days when I literally jump out of bed, screaming 'Yeah! Let's do this!' so certainly won't need any PWO then lol. For the last few weeks I have gotten it to a fine art of 1/2 scoop Craze (DMAA) for upper body days, 3/4 scoop Apocalypse (AMP) for lower body days. In addition I add a hefty nootropic dose for that amazing mental focus.
