What's your last thought before you begin a lift?
so what do you guys think just before you pull the trigger? It doesn't have to be technical

My current motivation for lifting is fire & rescue, so I think about a situation where that lift will help me.

Or if its just a fluff lift, how it might help if I'm doing a calendar ;)

Those fire-fighter physiques... I am jelly

I am not an angry person, but my old pt really knew how to get me pumped going into a lift.

Agression was the trigger. So literally getting 'angry' with the bar I'm about to push and psyching myself up with a few choice swear words.

(in my head of course, otherwise I'd be known as the dude with tourettes ;))

I think "Is that hot chick with the perky tits watching my lift?, yep, shes watching, bitch be looooovyn the guns"
