I would HOPE it's subconscious. It is in me anyway
I find it hard to believe that someone actually consciously thinks being nice to women on the internet increases their chances of getting laid enough to make the time investment worth it
 
They are just being moronic. I saw no evidence of White Knighting any how, so give it a rest.

They do it in real life to. Some guys are just born to lose.
 
OK, time to call a spade a spade.

Except for a few exceptions white knighting is generally a sign of a lack of ethics.

In our female dominant Western Society businesses "whiteknight" because they work under the principle you attract the women first (by white knighting) then the men will follow where ever the women are.

Men "whiteknight" for usually
(1) ego,
(2) self interest (to get sex etc),
(3) naivety or
(4) because they are whipped (under thumb by women).

The women nowadays have it a hundred times better than previous generations, but complain a hundred times more - all rights and no responsibilities!

Go to Afghanistan or some other country where women are truly treated as second class citizens, but certainly not here in Australia in 2014!


EDIT: Politicians (our Lawmakers) whiteknight because the Female movement is so powerful in our country and because those politicians generally are effeminate men themselves who couldn't get a root in a brothel with hundred dollar bills in each hand.
