    too long didnt read,perhaps lowering the estrogen might help

    I donít chase mass these days.
    I chase not being ďnot-muscularĒ.
    Arnold was a pipe dream.

    But I still is old Kunce can train more than 2-3 times per week , although you have me by 11 years.
