it is Sunday. Tell us your Victory this week.

1.Got out of control on Friday night and still trained biceps, triceps and calves on Sat.
2. Stayed home and ripped movies on Sat, woke up feeling charged this morning.
 
I couldn't stand the gym anymore scrawny fuck wit pt's teaching bad form, didn't know half the exercise's so I quit. Bit I also thought my shed would of been up pretty quick bit I was wrong lol now it's up I have brought some gear to train at home.
 
Finding out I have no stress fracture or spine abnormality so the physio should be able to set me right soon (but no PL or KBs for another week at least :( )

Training is doing my head in but sold out all my protein bars and got more big orders in so woohoo!

Also got started on my pre Easter chocs (no eggs). Made my Frambolica ganache this weekend ... hard work but fun!
