A CAIRNS bodybuilder is setting his sights on the international circuit after taking out a major Australian title.

Gary Wright won his division in the pro qualifier competition at FitX in Melbourne last weekend, one of Australia's biggest Sports and Fitness Expos.
Mr Wright, who was raised in Bamaga, is now eligible to compete internationally against the top bodybuilders in the world.
He also becomes the first North Queenslander to join the International Federation of Bodybuilding.
"I'm just an example of someone that had a vision of who I wanted to become, surrounded myself with the right people, handled the setbacks that undoubtedly came my way and worked relentlessly hard until I saw my dream realised," Mr Wright said.
Mr Wright said he would use his new-found status as a professional body builder to give motivational talks and seminars in towns and cities across the country.
