Aussie Strength Equipment issues

Hey guys,

Has anyone had any experience with Aussie Strength Equipment? I ordered some lock-jaw clips from them a month back and haven't received them yet. Is this supposed to be normal?

Tried contacting them via email and facebook but I'm not sure if I'm getting through or not. Just wanted to get some feedback from other guys/gals who've purchased from them.
 
I have dealt with them a few times with zero dramas,there used to be a mobile no. on their site,have you tried calling?
 
Hey guys,

Thought I'd give you an update. They had an issue with the elite lock-jaw and decided to ship the lock-jaw pros instead.

For future reference, I suggest that you contact Aussie Strength by email As soon as you order the product to get a confirmation as well as calling AND posting on their facebook website. I suspect that the owner was too busy to notice my order so please be careful.
