Focusing on fluff exercises.
Eating like a little bird
Not progressing in training
Jumping on every latest fad.

Changing routine too often, in the name of 'muscle confusion' bullshit.
 
Might be fluff for you but not for others.

Notice I didn't even mention any exercises, so you don't know what I was referring to.

It's ok buddy. I don't care if you want to do calf raises and finger curls all day long. You'll get massive from them.
