Single Prong Vs. Double Prong Belts

You pack of pious poofters

Damn straight, beeeatch.

Lever. Prongs are so retro.

But if I was a stuck with a prong belt it would be a double prong. More stability, less twist. But damn, talk about fluffing around putting a prong belt on and, if you can, off. You will look like you are having some sort of bowel problem. Go lever. It be the boss.

When I used my belt it was single prong. Can't be fucked adjusting a lever belt every time I have a big meal.

why do you need to adjust it?
are you gaining and losing weight that rapidly?

don't you train at roughly the same time each day and eat similar amounts of food?

Single Prong Vs. Double Prong Belts

What do you prefer?

Lever belts LOL.

I dont use one (a belt)

but wouldn't a double "prong" enable the belt to be wider?

Lever belt....
I've adjusted my lever belt
maybe 3 or 4 times. I carry a screwdriver in my gym bag.
