at the end of march i'm doing the pajero challenge witch is a 24 hour navigation event in a 4wd
what i'm wondering is what sort of fitness training and nutrition advice you lot have for me so i'm well awake and alert when rolling into a checkpoint at 3am in the morning. and not some grumpy bloke with a sore head.
there are a few breaks during the challenge but I have been told it's physically and mentally draining.
what sort of training should I be doing and what food will keep me going?
