@Bradders ??? well they were good enough when I first started, after a couple of months I was dreading eating some of the meals (got really sick of couscous). anything that had sweet potato was awesome.

But it worked a treat as far as controlling weight loss.
 
chicken sausage meals were crap and there was a chicken recipe that I didn't like either, If I remember the meals rotated every 3 weeks or so..with 5 different meals a week...?

Thanks mate... Doing a 12 week transformation thing through the gym and looking for something like this.
 
Next time (very shortly) I will do the sensible thing and weigh and prepare 16 meals on a Sunday of something I like.

probably only cost me about $40 for the ingredients and take an hour of work.

Make a big sweet potato chunky shepherds pie and divide it up into 8 meals, then make a big ass meaty lasagna to make another 8 meals. at least I will look forward to eating the shit and save a bit of cash$$$
