4 years ago, I invented a protein cookie (with the assistance of a 'food scientist'). The cookie was crunchy in texture but the raw dough (before baked) had the same texture as these bars. It's got me thinking I should revive it. I sold them in health food stores and some gyms for a while but as they were hand made, I couldn't produce them fast enough and the profit margin was minimal.

I remember some one posting about making and selling protein cookies on a couple of different forums. Was that you?

That probably was me. Most likely on sizematters and a couple others. JC's . Box of 10. I'm seriously considering reviving them but will be smarter about production and distribution this time.
