I'm not tracking what i eat, i know how much i roughly need to eat and i look in the mirror to guide me. Also strength levels are what help me decide what to eat and how much.
Last three days were ~2000cal days, maybe less, the next two will be 3500-4000 and then carb day will be ~2500. I am being very unscientific about this.
