How do you measure your progress?

I'm a fan of the Crossfit methodology on this. Make your workouts measurable, observable and repeatable. Force x distance/time = power. Get a higher power figure = progress

Lots of kunce be lovn the mirror, some like myself, just prefer to use the words "body shape" :p

How do you use a mirror as a form of measurement? Wouldn't photos be better?

I interpreted mirror to mean "visual feedback," which would include photos. Photos are definitely more reliable than what you see in the mirror every morning, since you don't tend to notice what the mirror says

If my pants fit or get looser, and I'm getting stronger, I'm going to assume positive progress :)

The gap between workout dates in my log. When there was an 11 month gap I made no progress, but after a month of no more than 3 day gap I'm doing well. Once I have consistency covered I'll look at these other things.
