Do you think there is any proven advantage to db twisting at the top of the rep
 
I keep the DB's straight as most times I see the twist done at the top of the movement the elbows are already locked out. I find it much more effective doing the movement without the lockout (or the twist) at the top of the movement.
 
Did not know there was a twist, so I would say no twist for me, don't really use DB's much anyway so probably does not matter.
