Upper ham strings no question, hurt all week round from squats and deads but its getting better. On the upside they outgrowing everything else!
 
Hamstrings n doubt. Stiffies fuck them up real good. Sometimes I wonder if they do more damage than good.

would say quads/hams up until i started training them twice a week now its much better little to no DOMS.
 
For some reason it's my chest, most often after I do a session including cable crossovers or flyes of some sort.
 
Definitely glutes and hams if I stop squatting for any more than 2 weeks then get back into it.
Lats when I get back into pullups...
