    I've been experimenting with a narrow stance, definitely feel the quads more. I had DOMS in the teardrop muscle which I never usually get.

    You'll notice this a lot with powerlifting type squat technique, bugger all development in the lower quad area around the knees

    Wide medium narrow toes out toes in atg parralell, do them all.
