Just realised last night that cottage cheese is about $10.50 per kg

Whole chicken is $5.50 per kg and cheap steak is cheaper then cottage cheese

Il only ever grab it when on sale form now on, Not really worth it.....

Just saw this in my local Harris Farm:
    http://www.bdfarmpariscreek.com.au/Category_Quark.html

Real Quark with 0.2% fat and 14.8g of protein. That's 66g of protein per packet. It wasn't cheap, I will try it every now and then, since I had too much cottage cheese right now... and verity is good.

Homebrand creamed cottage cheese, virtually fat free, $6 a kilo.
Used to eat it straight outta the tub, half kilo at a time.

Best way to eat it is mixed with cereal.
Protein manufacturers are, by and large, less trustworthy than toothless Russians selling handguns in Moscovite back alleys.
