Hi all, new to the forum, and new to working out.
I have been having what seems to be a long recovery time ( up to a week ) for a muscle group to feel better and ready to work again. Is there any tips for reducing this time? Is this time normal? Any advice would be great, thanks in advance.

I haven't seen a day where I wasn't sore.....maybe at the end of a 5 week hiatus on a cruise ship....? nup, I was climbing the stairs and swimming all day. Still sore on cruise ship.

Anyone else want to kick the new guy in the nuts? Haha, I guess that's the norm around here? Sweet, thanks for the tips guys.

All good silverback. Rather have it on the table now than in a few posts time. Cheers though, I'll pick it up a bit and get back to you.
