BCAAs

Tried them had the BN ones, bought 1kg and used recommend dosage intra workout, made no difference I did like the taste though:)
 
I take them coz they are relatively inexpensive. I get EAA's though. EAA's has the 3 BCAA's + more.
 
I like them when I train
More of a safety net then anything else, don't want to go catabolic bro!
 
I do on occasion
I have a blend of bcaa's, caffeine and green tea 1-2 times a day not sure if they are beneficial, but it sure taste delicious.
 
I just don't think they are beneficial as far as performance or muscle building is concerned.

I think it's far safer to eat a variety of natural foods, than focusing on pills and powders, but - I also think that taking supplements aren't going to shorten your life if you follow a good healthy eating plan.

You never know, there could be just some of those elements needed.

The only substances that seem to make a difference are the illegal ones.

The body is complex, no one really knows.
