The Arnold Fitness Expo is a three day extravaganza held in Columbus, Ohio every year. In those three days, close to two hundred thousand spectators, fans, and athletes descend upon the Greater Columbus Convention Center to check out the latest booths hawking the trendiest clothing and fancy supplements. The prodigious crowds, the freaky sights, and the cacophony of sounds -- it's an assault to the senses. But in the middle of it all, an oasis... The Cage. Since 2003, we at Animal have been inviting fans of lifting to step inside the our world and share in the brotherhood. See what it's all about.
