I get hay fever while working out... I think it should be advisable for gym to put an air filter? what other things you do if you have one?

I take telstra.

Spray beconase up me hooter.

And sudafed now and again, if I get sinus pain.

It's a bitch, this year

someone told me cut down on dairies to avoid hay fever or at least lessen it, you right canned tuna! i was down for about a week i thought it was because of the dusts so i run air purifier 24/7.. it lessened yes..until my aunt told me about the dairies.. so its confirmed. of course dusts triggered my allergy so its important to vacuum and filter the air too.. :)

yeah ive tried panadol, but i think i need to take a rest too from working out esp if i get in gym

I know this is a long time ago, but panadol/parcetamol won't do anything for allergies. You need an anti histamine. Like most have said, Telfast, Clarintyne, Zyertec or the chemist's own brand of the same stuff.

Interesting re the dairy issue with hayfever. Has never upset mine I dont think.

Its a right kent this year though I agree! Popping pills like nothing else.

Tim.

If you consume honey from local bees you can build up resistence. Seems to work not sure of the science.
