Best Method of Cardio

I have recently started doing spin cycle/rpm classes what ever you want to call it.
45 minute sessions. I enjoy them some might find them boring. It is a pretty large class maybe 60 where I go. But it does depend on the instructor taking the class, the good ones fill all the bikes and work you hard.

You Start the day right, take a cup of green tea, don't go to bed early and too full and stay regular then see your weight is looses.
