I am back to strictly counting calories again. Pretty much trying to be as strict and dedicated I can be for the next 5 months with training and diet.
I want to get into the best shape I have been in before bub number 2 arrives in July.....Mrs was like" hope your gonna get in shape for the baby photo shoot. Da fark. Challenge on biatch!!
Body is feeling pretty good and recovered from niggling injuries. I am using a trainer/coach to help with my lagging lifts mainly squats and deads once a week.
Training has been so inconsistent over the last 16months with injuries so looking forward to fine tuning a few things and ripping it up for the AUSBB Calender :)
