GPA WORLD POWERLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIPS 2014 - SYDNEY

This city was purposely built to host the biggest sporting event to ever take place in Australia - Sydney 2000 Olympics!!

One qualifying event only - CAPO Nationals 2014 - Brisbane / August 1-3

You must place 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th in your weight class and category to make the Australian team.

For 2014 ONLY there will be NO qualifying requirements AT ALL to enter CAPO Nationals 2014.

We decided that one qualifier only is the best way to attempt to gather Australia's best lifters to represent our country at a World Championships on our home soil.

We also decided to remove all qualifying requirements to enter CAPO Nationals 2014 to assist lifters with other competition plans or commitments in 2014.
