Why would you want to alter your bone structure? I don't believe it's possible anyway.
Chillax Silverback; just my opinion. ;)

I'm cool, I nearly got my panties in a twist, but I said, "Andy pump your brakes dude", did some yoga, now I'm ok...no more ćuntyness.

Like all things
Whatever floats your boat?

The idea is to help a young troglodyte build his body, that's what this business is right?

The purpose is to increase, muscle, lung capacity and have some effect on cartilage stretch.

Even if there is minimal to no change in cartilage, doing these exercises are of great benefit.

In time...Imagine squatting (well) 1.5 x BW squat for 20ish rep's, one would think that this person would be well built.

To add, have a look around and tell me how many dudes are out there that have impressive boobs and an ironing board (pathetic) flat back and no, no proper development of the anterior delt?

And poor posture?

Yeah the benefits undeniable weather the ribcage expands or not.
Go forth in peace my son. :p

my chest is atleast twice as thick as 15yrs ago *and im old*

do you even lift? if you do, how do you have that attitude?

oh i forgot, you were the fat kid, your bone structure won't change as much people who were smaller and make the effort to get bigger properly.
