My wife makes lean beef mince, mixed with rice, onions, herbs, stuffed into a large hollowed out green capsicum and boiled in a tomato sauce.
Its called Paprika.
Fk I love those things, drooling as I type this, once I ate 5 for dinner, was hard to breathe but I squeezed them in.
Think I'm starting to understand why I'll never have abs.

Is your wife Yugoslav/Croation/Serbian or there abouts?

That brings back memories from my mum making Paprika, we'd also have it with Polenta or mashed potato on the side.
You were doing well to have 5 of them!

Your wife doesn't make that?
Or you on the full on white meat and green kick?

You must miss it.
But then again, you are probably consuming a lot less salt.
My mother doesn't have a salt shaker, she just throws handfuls in from a bucket.
