Bodyweight Squat For Reps

Thanks mate :)

I must say after not squatting for nearly a month and then doing that one set, the DOMS is ridiculous haha. My GF just squeezed my leg near the knee and I actually whinced a little bit LOL.

I don't remember seeing anything in the rules against taking breaks at the top

Would be interested to know what he gives you to do then

He gave me a different variation of that stretch but said no amount of stretching is going to make much of a difference.

Problem is when you do those knee to wall ankle stretches its bone jamming on bone that restricts ROM for a lot of people. So your not going to stretch that out. Just going to make your ankle sore.

I might give it another go tomorrow but with constant reps. I have the strongman comp though at the weekend so it might have to wait until after
I'm doing a lot of dicking around in my training at the moment so it kind of fits

It is training if it is specific. Like for a powerlifting comp.

Yes it is training. If not training for a comp, just working on your health then Id call it working out.

Tim.

That's a given Timeah; but in the context of the 20 rep squat, it is only part of a workout.
