They're similar structures, so that 'molecule' existed before the drugs.
 
Unfortunately for her virilization effects are irreversible. Enlarging of the jaw, growing a penis, deepening of the voice etc.

Sounds good, thinking of jumping on myself, an extra inch would move me from the "four inches of fury" category, stright into "five inches of thunder".
