Dead Lifter Dead Faints

I've been close before, and it wasn't even on a heavy set. Trying Sumo for the first time with 140kg, got to the fifth rep and realised I was concentrating on my form so much I forgot to breathe lol. Had to kneel down and hold on for dear life for a good minute.

Everytime I dud heavy reps as a smoker I wanted to pass out! When I saw stars and black dots in my vision it was time to stop!

I saw a guy at a meet faint. He was clever enough to hold onto the bar though and not get up and take a walk

I always keep a bench just to the side and sit straight down after a set of deads. I often see stars and go and black or black with stars. Hmmm
