you never know if you never give it a go , just because something doesn't work doesn't mean you have failed , just shows something that doesn't work
 
I gave my KB's to my daughter, She owns a PT business, She likes the fact that she can chuck them in her boot.
When i offered them to her, she wasnt quite sure how to use them.

I told her to take them with her to the beach and use them for Farmer's
She does Boot camp, I'm not proud of her for that.

pointless for what?

Seem like a pretty damn good strength and conditioning tool to me. I'm just amazed at how many noobs have no idea how to hinge at the hip for a proper swing.
