Hello Fellow Members,

Im 42, 110kgs, 185 cmts, feel like im around 40% bf and a f#cked up back injury for a car accident in which a DD hit my car killing my wife.

Anyways, life go's on. Sick of sitting on the couch feeling sorry for myself. I need to shred this BF and get healthy again. Been hitting the cross trainer in the gym, walking, and drinking heaps of water. I've dropped from 130kgs to where i am now.

Need some serious diet advice. I see in the steroidology site they have a guy named 3J Nutrition offering great advice. Trouble is its an american company based on US foods i guess. Do we have such a diet expert on this forum?

My plan is the shed the kgs before running a cycle and sorting my back out. This is a last resort before surgery.

Nutrition is easy mate, download myfitnesspal for your phone or go online on your PC and use it, find out your TDEE punch in your goals into myfitnesspal and start adding foods to it and tracking shit.

Most foods are on there but its not hard to look at the label and enter your own custom foods if you cant find it on there.

Aim for 200-250g protein a day, 100g fats a day and the rest carbs and go from there.

Its that simple if your only trying to cut BF and you arent to concerned with LBM or strength at this point.

mate, that's a horrible story. sorry to hear that.
DON'T pay one of the online nutrition experts, you can get PLENTY of great advice from people in Australia & that charge alot less.
What surgery are you looking at?? I can point you in the right direction for a very good dietician/nutrition specialist if you need.

I would be interested.

Yer shit happens i guess, life go's on.

I have 3 prolapsed disks. L3,L4,L5.
I was dosed up on morphine but gave it away as it kind of glues you to the couch. Takes your motivation away. So now i just put up with the pain and take valium and panadine fort when required.

Thanks for your input
