Sumo Lifters: How much conventional training do you program?

I lift sumo only at the moment. I think unless you are a very advanced lifter and have the technique perfect you are better off doing your deadlifts sumo.

I find it takes a long time to get comfortable and even longer to get it right and strong in the right areas for sumo. Better off just practicing how you want to lift.
