shoulders, biceps and triceps. it's taken me 6 months to add 300g of lbm to each arm according to the last dexa scan.

My quads and ass grow just by looking at the squat rack. Same with calves. I'll swap body parts with you guys any day !
 
Who wants big traps anyway, they only make your shoulders look smaller
