New Arnie Pics

If you look at him when he was a kid, he didn't really change that much, other than losing fat?

Wot you think?

You got to argue whether those marathon split Weider routines where effective?

Well how come zero pros do full body stuff. Those blokes look for any advantage they can get over their rivals. If it were more advantageous they would.

Well I don't think he could've kept improving doing full body stuff.
He peaked early.

He was quite a big boy, he used a different method prior to arriving in Cali.

It was known he didn't like hard work, what I'm hinting at is, if he worked brutally hard on an abbreviated routine (full body) I believe he could have been very big, especially in the lower body.

These bloke with the exception of a few got their physiques (I believe)in spite of their workouts not because of them.

To me, asking a bodybuilder for advice is like asking a racecourse how to train to run faster.

I reckon the long, long duration split type marathon workouts are more about fat control than muscle building, the chemical additives they use help them here.

I think we all know that Arnie's ego was huge and he likes to brag.
His claims of working out 6 hours a day I suspect are porky pies, at least 4 of those hours would've been spent chin wagging, socialising and goofing around.

Start stocking up on HGH

picked up new "M&F" ...
Big A on cover ... lots of pictures of him plus lots of ads for his new
supplement products all through the magazine, on balance I kinda feel sorry for the guy.

If you are fortunate enough to get old I really don't care
how you play it (like, I truly don't care) but getting old and
trying to appear young has its problems :)

That's the thing, we see pics of people like Arnie or Stallone etc. and say wow I hope I look as good at their age but what we're not privy to is their dyed hair, face lifts, Botox, injections of oxygenated blood and most importantly their use of HGH which is widely used by these guys and freely available.
Smoke and mirrors.
