Redemption 3 results.

Thanks to all the spotters, loaders, referees, Scorers and all the encouraging spectators for another great comp

Pics and vids will be up later on during the week

My first PL event attended, was really impressed with how quickly the event flowed, from one lifter to the next the bar was loaded, height adjusted and all set to go really quickly, a small break between lifts (ie from squat to bench) to allow the team to set up and then same speedy transition once again.

Definitely glad i made the time to head out and spectate, introduce myself to a few fellow AusBB'ers and watch some lifting, even got me thinking about possibly participating in a novice event when im not injured.

Props to the organisers / people who ran the event, from a first time spectators point of view it appeared to be organised and run well and everything seemed to flow smoothly.
