Doesn't look like anything revolutionary but thought I'd give it a crack. Got couple of others coming.
 
I'm confused, is that a study or an ad?
It doesn't prove anything about the ideal time for protein ingestion, just that those taking the supplement gained more mass than the placebo. What if they had it with breakfast or post workout or some other time?

And WTF is PerfectAmino?
 
They gave half of them a protein supplement consisting of 27.5 grams of protein, 15 grams of carbohydrate, and 0.1 gram of fat every night before sleep. The other group received a non-caloric placebo.

So one group consumed more calories than the other.

Because the other half inevitably has some derivative, extract, part or in whole (root), shape or smell of a banned substance. And border patrol officers are hyper manic degenerates who confiscate all our goodies so that they can shelve it up their chocolate starfish at smoko, then fart out the fillers every toilet break.
