I normally just keep going until I run out of time or we are completely worn out. Sex is fun and I have no idea why you wouldn't want your life partner to be completely satisfied. Most women will start dry heaving when you get to about the 7 mark and will cum harder with each subsequent orgasm- so keep going. Dead serious the best one I ever sampled was a vegetarian woman.
