Just a friendly reminder that unless you're lifting heavy 5 days of the week, you have no business having a light day and that you're a pussy for doing so.
 
I found not so much a light day, but accessory day, really helped me. Allowed me the time to focus on things i felt the weeks training lacked.

That was with 3 days of sheiko a week + accessories.
 
im still confused. if i lift heavy 5 days and have a light day the next day, what the hell do i do on the remaining day???
 
ive also found that wearing a pad with wings helps on my heavy days. i have the confidence to go horse riding and swimming without leakage freakage

Too true... Must be something to look out for. If a chick is on the rag, she'll want to train 'heavy' :eek:
