How to reduce my arms? :(

I read a lot of funny advices here. Mine are like bat wings. Sometimes I feel frustrated by just looking at them in the mirror.
 
See the million dieting threads and posts about a calorie deficit.

At least you're dealing with it - no one likes a fat bitch.

Well perhaps you ought to be using some lube to alleviate the pain? ... For the butt-hurt that is ;)
 
Get fit. Just lose weight all over. Do it gradually. Your arms may be the last place you lose weight from.......

This is actually really good advice. I lost 55kg mainly cause I wanted to rock climb again.... sport is the best motivator.
