If you are not sure about the weight class just tell me what you currently weight.

AUSBB peeps this is a great opportunity to compete in a very friendly and exciting environment so if you have been training here is the chance to get on the platform have some fun and put some numbers on the board.

If you are thinking about getting into lifting but are nervous or not too sure this is the time to do it. There will be plenty of support and assistance. It is pretty infectious when you see eveyone is as stoked as you are when you make a lift (whatever the weight).

Good Jack.

I have 21 already confirmed so only 9 spots left I expect them to go in the next week.

So, anyone wanting to lift let me know ASAP.

We are proud to announce that our upcoming Powerlifting Novice Competition on June 30 is being sponsored by Muscleworx! Come down on the day for some taste testing and to meet the crew from Muscleworx who can answer any questions you have about supplementation.

Winners at the comp will each receive a stack worth $200! That means 2 females and 2 males will walk away with some great prizes.

Thanks to PTC for putting this comp on, and a big thanks to everyone involved, I had a great day, and have a long way to go, but at least i have an idea of what to be aiming for.
Thanks again, can't wait to come back lifting a lit heavier in the not too distant future.
