lol @ Mehdi not being bigger because he doesn't take steroids

*LOL! UPDATE*

Every time I start another one of my rants about steroids and why
you're a big cheater if you use them...

... some smartpants who got his steroid-education from watching
"bigger stronger faster" gives me the good-old reply...

"You still have to work hard on steroids!!!"

No you don't.

And here's proof.

One of my Members, Thomas R from Brazil, shared a study inside my
community that compared natural vs. steroid gains (link here:
MMS: Error )

In this 10 week study researchers divided 43 guys into four group.

Group 1: no exercise, no steroids.

Group 2: no exercise, steroids

Group 3: exercise, no steroids

Group 4: exercise, steroids

The steroid group injected 600mg of testosterone a week.

The guys who exercised were all doing the same workouts.

All 43 guys were eating the same.

So everything was pretty much equal except that some guys used
steroids and/or lifted weights, others didn't.

Now, guess the results they got?

Group 3 - the guys who exercised without using steroids - they
gained four pounds of muscle in 10 weeks.

Meanwhile group 4 - the guys who exercised ON steroids - gained
14lb of muscle in those same 10 weeks.

14 pounds!

That's 10lb of extra muscle, on the same training program, just
by shooting testosterone once a week.

But wait! There's more...

Group 2 - the guys who did NOT do any kind of exercise, but who
did use steroids...

They gained...

...SEVEN POUNDS OF MUSCLE IN 10 WEEKS!!!

Without even hitting the gym!!!

That's right, the guys who did NOT exercise at all, but sat in
their couch all day while shooting 600mg of test every week...

... these "cheaters" gained four pounds of muscle MORE than the
naturals who worked hard in the gym three times a week.

Meanwhile the smartpants yell:

"You still have to work hard on steroids!!!"

Bullshit.

This is why all my accomplished Stronglifts Inner Circle Members
get gigantically PISSED each time someone has the guts to explain
all their strength and muscle gains with steroid-use.

Our gains are the result of HARD WORK.

Week after week, month after month.

We don't use, don't want to use steroids.

And we sure don't want to be associated with those lazy cheating
roid-monkeys either.

Thats crazy man. But it tells me that some drugs instruct the body to create more muscle out of whatever/fat

It's impossible for you to gain muscle that fast
It's just increased glycogen loading lol. Half the fuckers in your gym will be on roids, how many look like they lift?

A million people admitted to taking roids in the USA in one survey. The population at the time was around 100 million. So obviously 1% of people were walking around bigger than natural bodybuilders lol... oh wait

No one has been able to list anyone that has got legitimately strong using the 5x5 routines

Give me time....

For all the haters - I am more than happy to prove a point. I chose to start on the SL5x5 program and am currently on my second week.

I have made minor adjustments and will probably continue to do so (not on the 5x5 core idea, just the frequency/weights). What is considered "strong" in your opinion?

The old Russian charts say that someone of international standards would be lifting around a 500 wilks 100% raw with a 2h weigh in

I'm a noob, I have nfi what that means.

Let's say I achieve my goal 100kg body weight - what does that equate to what I should be able to lift to be deemed "legitimately strong" ?

How many people on here (who have been lifting for less than 2 years) are legitimately strong?

LOL! UPDATE

FROM MEHDI ONI! ;)

Yesterday I shared this study that compared natural vs steroid
gains, which proved that steroid is plain cheating.

Maybe you got discouraged reading that the guys who trained three
times a week without using drugs *only* gained four pounds of
muscle in ten weeks.

I mean that sure "sounds" low...

... when you're used to hearing all those "gain 15lb of muscle in
15 days" bullshit claims from muscle magazines.

Yet study after study shows that most guys who train naturally
will, on average, gain about 2lb of lean muscle a month.

Notice I said lean muscle, not body-weight.

Gaining water or fat weight is easy.

Building lean muscle: two pounds a month is realistic.

And that pretty much matches the four pounds of muscle the guys
in that study I shared yesterday gained in 10 weeks.

Which means that unless you're willing to cheat and risk your
health by injecting steroids in your butt (booh!)...

...there's no friggin' way you're ever going to gain 25lb of lean
muscle in 25 days or any similar bullshit they lie about.

In fact, the *only* way you're ever going to gain 25lb of lean
muscle is by being CONSISTENT.

It's by going to the gym three times a week, week after week,
month after month, no matter what the heck happens.

That's how that two pounds of lean muscle the first month, turns
into four pounds of muscle by the second month, 12 lb after six
months, and 24 pounds after a year.

And any guy who gains 24lb of muscle is going to look radically
different.

I guarantee you won't be able to "stay under the radar".

People will ask "hey Matthew, have you been doing something
lately? Did you start to lift weights or something? You look bigger"

That's what will happen *if* you hit the weights week after week,
month after month, CONSISTENTLY, for a full year.

Which is, admittedly, where 99% of guys fail.

And that's why I've created my online StrongLIfts Inner Circle
community - to provide you with all the advice, motivation and
accountability that you need to be consistent...

... I'm talking about thousands of Members from all over the
planet who are there 24/7 to motivate you, encourage you, answer
your questions, check your form, keep you accountable...

... so that you stop skipping workouts, finally are consistent
and gain those 25lb of lean muscle that will turn heads...

... all without cheating by using those lame steroids.
