Hahaha bazinga, I am constantly studying the ins and outs of the adductor machine and hip thrusters using my keen sense of observation. Real science!
 
Does anyone here use the adductor machine or think they have a tangible effect on squat/DL strength/form?
 
My gym doesn't even have one. Well I reckon they do but I suspect it's hidden in the "ladies only" training room. Might have to show the missus a pic and get her to investigate...not sure how I'll tackle the questions that may arise just yet
