The most important step in your diet is splitting your calories between protein, fat and carbohydrates. A great split for your calories is 40% from carbohydrate sources, 20% from fats and 40% from protein rich foods.

The third rule teaches you how to avoid temptation. We all love snacks and one of the hardest times to resist the vending machine is while at work. So it makes sense to pack a few small protein rich snacks into your satchel before work and use them wisely throughout the day. Not only is it going to keep your diet on track, but it's going to curb your hunger while at your job.

Step 2 - squat deadlift bench ohp chins twice a week

Step 3 - include ice cream and pizza in your diet... Cause you can!
 
3 steps are protein (1g per lb BW), weights (> or = 3x) and reduction in calories to keep up slow weight loss.

there are recent studies showing that performing cartwheels as cardio exercise will increase fat loss compared to typical cardio because your body burns more calories when it is upside down.

In that case I'll do against the wall handstand holds for an hour a day then I'll be able to gorge at maccas and still be in deficit.
 
Hmm.,..Nice link. I want add here some simple tips for weight loss. Just walking and cycling produce dramatically results. You are welcome to examine these ways to loss weight.
 
According to me best fat loss workout is a mix of heavy training and cardio. Cardio is absolutely crucial to a successful fat loss program. It should be performed first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.
