Question for Oni if I may?
Did I read somewhere in another post that you were/are a professional cyclist?
I don't really know much about the sport but from having watched bits and pieces on TV it would appear that the ideal body shape would be lean.
Is it safe to assume therefore that strength and endurance would be a cyclists best friends?
If so eating numerous small meals would be more suitable than fewer larger meals yes?
That said, how did you create enough hunger to enable you too stick too that type of routine?
What "supplements" did you use?
Thanks in advance for your answers.
Cheers
I competed in cycling but was not a professional
Strength and anaerobic threshold are what you need to train. Aerobic / endurance will just happen from practising the sport. Like most football players... what is going to serve them better getting stronger and doing intervals or running laps? It's the former
Meals makes no difference
You'd be surprised how little calories the human body needs when gaining strength is not a primary concern
A-50 was very popular so was hGH. Also synthetic cannabinoids were very good for endurance. Albuterol was also popular. Pretty much everything that was out your system fast really
