Loss of strength due to cutting

I thank you all for your advice! I'm going to up my cals a bit and continue the intensity I'm on....I'm starting to think maybe I was asking too much, especially since I'm doing a lot of beach running and rides at the moment, and the day before that session I'd spent all day in the sun fishing
...I'll redo the bad day i had next squats session.

Good stuff mate.

Just to give you some motivation / proof - I hit another PB tonight mate, while looking the leanest I have ever looked.

Trust me, you definitely don't need to lose strength during a cut.
